Terms and Conditions for Saudi Work Visa Application

1. Application Fee The application fee for the Saudi work visa is non-refundable. Payment of the fee does not guarantee the issuance of a visa and serves as a processing fee.
2. Embassy Rejection If the embassy rejects the visa application, the fee will not be refunded. The decision of the embassy is final, and applicants are encouraged to ensure that all submitted documents and information are accurate and complete to avoid rejection.
3. Withdrawal After Medical Examination Should the applicant decide to withdraw from the visa application process after undergoing the medical examination, the fee will not be refunded. It is the applicant’s responsibility to consider their willingness to proceed before the medical examination.
4. Award Verification Fee The fee paid for award verification is non-refundable once the verification process has commenced. Applicants are advised to be certain of their intent to proceed with the visa application before initiating the award verification process.
5. Agreement to Terms By submitting the visa application and payment, the applicant agrees to these terms and conditions. It is the applicant’s responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to submission.
