The FCDO apostilles certificates signed or sealed by a UK registrar. If yours qualifies, it goes straight to the FCDO with no solicitor certification.
Full or short certificate? Both can be apostilled, but most countries want the full (long) version, which shows the parents’ names. Order a full certificate before sending yours to us.
Most countries in the Apostille Convention accept the apostille on its own. Some also want a translation.

Order a replacement from the General Register Office on GOV.UK. Replacement certificates are fully valid for the apostille.

We check the certificate is eligible and submit it to the FCDO for the apostille.
We email you a scan, then return the certificate by your chosen method. The apostille is attached to the certificate and must never be removed.
