Same Day Apostille Service

To access the Urgent Legalisation Service, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request:
Email your request to info@apostilleandcertification.com with the following details:
- The type of document requiring urgent legalisation.
- A scanned copy of the document(s), if available.
- Details explaining the urgency.
Provide Evidence of Urgency:
Include proof of why the document(s) require urgent attention, such as an email chain that clearly shows the time-sensitive nature of the request.
Submission Deadline:
same-day service, requests must be submitted to the FCDO by 3 PM on the previous day. Requests submitted after 3 PM will be reviewed by the FCDO on the following day. After reviewing the documents, the FCDO will either approve or reject the same-day apostille request. If approved, the document will be processed for apostille the next day.
Cost:
The cost for the same-day service is £250, payable upfront. If solicitor certification is required before the apostille, additional charges will apply for the solicitor certification.

Time-sensitive documents related to the transport of animals.
Documents containing evidence related to the welfare of a child.
Documents containing evidence related to the welfare of a vulnerable adult.
Commercially urgent documents, such as:
- Certificates for insolvency searches.
- Documents related to corporate transactions with a specific completion date that cannot be met by the Next-Day service.
- Short-notice private client documents.
