The process for securing a Saudi Arabia Family Visit Visa consists of two main steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Documents for Review
To begin your application, please provide the following documents for verification:
• Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least six months and contain two adjacent blank pages.
• Two Recent Passport Photos: Must have a white background.
• Invitation Letter: Issued by your relative who is currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Marriage and Birth Certificates:
o Marriage certificate (for spouse applicants).
o Birth certificate (for children).
• Legalisation of UK-Issued Certificates:
Certificates issued in the UK must be attested by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).

• Proof of Relationship:
If the invitation is from a family member other than your immediate relative, you must provide additional documents confirming the relationship (e.g., extra birth or marriage certificates, or government-issued family documentation).
• Parental Consent Letter:
If a child under 18 is travelling with only one parent, the absent parent must provide a signed consent letter authorising the child’s travel.
• Notarised Consent for Non-Parental Sponsorship:
If the sponsor in Saudi Arabia is not one of the parents, both parents must provide a notarised consent letter permitting the sponsorship and travel arrangement.

Step 2: Visa Processing and Biometric Appointment
