The business visit visa is required to those visiting the Kingdom for short business related trip. The requirements are:
VALID PASSPORT
You must a valid passport with validity of minimum 6 months to obtain the Business Visit Visa
LETTER OF INVITATION
An invitation letter from Saudi inviting company approved from MOFA is required (We can provide it)
SUPPORT LETTER
Support letter from your employer confirming your business trip

3-MONTHS SINGLE ENTRY
90 days single entry visa (allowed stay 180 days)
The Electronic visa is required for those visiting the Kingdom for short business-related trips, tourism, seeing family, doing study, and medical purposes. The requirements are:
VALID PASSPORT
You must have a valid British passport with a validity of minimum 6 months to obtain the Business Visit Visa. You just need to provide the scan of the passport.
PHOTOS
A digital photo is required.
This visa can be obtained within an hour.
For a Saudi student visa, you need to be accepted form the Saudi University
A Saudi student visa is required for those going to the Kingdom to study. The requirements are:
VALID PASSPORT
You must have a valid British passport with a validity of a minimum of 6 months to obtain the Business Visit Visa. You just need to provide the scan of the passport.
2 photos are required.
You need to get an acceptance letter from the university. The embassy will not accept the letter if it expires.
You need to get the visa block number from the university.
Your educational certificate has to be verified by the Saudi Cultural Bureau. We can go to the SACB for verification.
You need to get the Kittam letter from the SACB which will be obtained when you go to the SACB for educational certificate verification.
You need to medical report which has to be attested by the FCO. We can arrange and legalise the medical for you. Medical Report
You need to provide the ACRO certificate which has to be issued within the last 3 months and verified by the FCO. We can help you to obtain and legalise the ACRO certificate.

1-YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRIES
365 days Multiple entries visa (allowed stay 90 days in total in the whole year)
The Saudi Tourism Visit Visa is required for those visiting the Kingdom for short business-related trips or tourism. The requirements are:
VALID PASSPORT
You must have a valid British passport with a validity of a minimum of 6 months to obtain the Business Visit Visa. You just need to provide the scan of the passport.
PHOTOS
A digital photo is required.
This visa can be obtained within an hour.
To be employed in Saudi Arabia, you will require a residence permit known as an Iqama, which grants you the right to work for a specified duration, generally up to two years.

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
Certificates of academic and professional qualifications which need to be verified by the Saudi Cultural Bureau. We will verify your certificate. There are some professions that don’t require a degree.
COMPANY REQUEST LETTER
A certified letter from your employer or visa sponsor, attested by the Chamber of Commerce will be required for the degree verification.
POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
An updated police report that documents any criminal convictions. We can apply for the ACRO certificate on your behalf.
MEDICAL REPORT
A medical report from a licensed Physician. We can arrange the medical exam.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
A signed copy of the employment contract
VISA BLOCK NUMBER AND E-WAKALA(POWER OF ATORNEY)
A copy of the visa block number and ewakala will be required from your employer or visa sponsor.
